I loved this place. It has the feel of a Houlihan's, but more Italian. It may not have the vibe of an authentic, independently owned Italian restaurant, but it does have tasty food and great happy hour specials. It was also very clean and well decorated. My only complaint would be that it is a little loud. If I lived in this area, I would most certainly be a regular.
I have celiac disease and must eat gluten-free, but was relieved to see that there are many options available. The waiter assured me that the cooks are well trained in preventing cross contamination and that I would be safe to eat there. I didn't need to be told twice! I ordered an appetizer of the olives, fettuccine Alfredo with gluten free noodles, and the gluten-free tiramisu. The waiter made a cocktail, making sure to use gluten-free alcohol. I realize that many claim all alcohol is gluten-free due to the distillation process, but most people with celiac disease are sensitive enough that it still is an issue. The waiter dealt with my high maintenance needs with grace. I really enjoyed the experience here and will definitely return once I'm visiting the area again. -

It's a great place for lunch. They have a lunch special 10 items for $9 and it's a good value. Their lunch salad is huge and very fresh. The mushroom soup was my favorite, my daughter's too. It was perfect! Not too thick with a wonderful taste. I hope to be able to save some room for their tiramisu.

Environment: It was nice, very bright and different types of seating that can please various customers.
Staff: They came to get our order and then our check. They didn't come back to check on us and refill our cups. Yes, they might be busy but at least do the basics.
Food: we got the BOGO, otherwise, I wouldn't order what I did hehe. I ordered the linguini misto mare. I LOVE PASTA and seafood. I feel like Beaverton doesn't have any good pasta places. However, I really enjoyed this plate. At least 5 clams, a few chunks of fish and 5 nice and perfectly cooked shrimp. The pasta was andante. The sauce at first I thought it would be very creamy and filling. However, it was very light and refreshing! It had hints of lemon in every bite which was very nice. It balanced the "heavy" feeling.
Besides the so-so service...this plate was $16. There was bread...two pieces but I personally think it was a little pricey. Yes, it's seafood but...yeah. Maybe I haven't tried other pasta places in the Portland area. -

I know most people don't celebrate their dog's adoption anniversary day at an Italian restaurant, but they should! Thank you Phillip and Katie for making our experience delightful and family-like. It was a wonderful anniversary dinner with George O'Malley and my son, Zach. Our waiter Phillip was warm, enthusiastic and a great server. Katie also stopped by to say hi before leaving for the night. She even went back in and brought George a special treat. Thanks Pastini! Oh, and our food was fabulous too! LOL
